From circuit research to practical evaluation.

Founded by Michael Hopkins in 2003, CurrentRF develops current-mode circuit technology, energy-recovery devices, and RF circuit IP for equipment owners and design engineers.

From signal processing to energy recovery

The company began as a research organization focused on current-mode signal processing. Early work included an RF DAC upconversion technique and the Current Re-use Mixer.

Research into digital switching energy led to the CC-100 Power Optimizer and USB devices including PowerStic and Exodus. Today, customers can explore existing-system evaluation, board integration, or on-chip IP.
